Role Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Associate who’s equal parts executor and builder — someone who can run campaigns today while helping shape the marketing function for tomorrow. This role sits at the center of a lean, high-impact marketing team and touches everything from paid advertising and organic social to email campaigns and event support. You’ll report to the VP of Marketing and work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to drive pipeline, brand awareness, and engagement.

You’ll have a real voice in strategy and execution, the freedom to experiment, and the opportunity to grow your career as the company scales. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, move with urgency, and want to build something meaningful, we want to hear from you.

This role is on-site at our HQ office in NYC Monday-Thursday.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, etc.), owning performance from targeting through reporting
  • Support organic social media content creation, scheduling, and community engagement across TULU’s channels
  • Build and execute email marketing campaigns — including outbound sequences, nurture sequences, event promotions, and newsletters
  • Manage marketing project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination to keep campaigns on track and on budget
  • Support event marketing efforts including pre-event outreach, on-site logistics coordination, and post-event follow-up campaigns
  • Assist with CRM administration and marketing operations, including list management, contact enrichment, and campaign attribution
  • Learn and build with AI-powered tools, specifically Claude Code, to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and unlock new marketing capabilities
  • Track and report on campaign performance, surfacing insights and recommendations to inform strategy
  • Contribute to the development of marketing processes, playbooks, and templates as we scale the function

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in a B2B marketing role (proptech, SaaS, or startups is a plus)
  • Hands-on experience planning and managing paid digital advertising campaigns across one or more platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads)
  • Strong project management instincts — you keep work organized, hit deadlines, and proactively flag blockers before they become problems
  • Excellent time management and a bias toward urgency; you know how to prioritize competing demands and move quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Experience with or strong interest in organic social media strategy and content creation for B2B audiences
  • Strong written communication skills with a sharp eye for detail across copy, design, and data
  • A builder mentality — you’re excited to help define how marketing works at TULU, not just execute a pre-set playbook
  • Eagerness to learn and work with AI tools (Claude Code, automation platforms) to push the boundaries of what a lean marketing team can accomplish

Nice to Have

  • Experience with HubSpot (email, workflows, CRM)
  • Experience with Salesforce (campaigns, lead management, reporting)
  • Familiarity with paid social advertising platforms and analytics dashboards
  • Experience supporting B2B event marketing (conferences, trade shows, hosted events)
  • Exposure to marketing automation, ABM tools, or data enrichment platforms (Zapier, Clay, Apollo, Primer, etc.)

Benefits and perks

In addition to the growth and impact you’ll have at TULU, we offer competitive salaries along with the following benefits:

  • $70,000-$100,000 base salary (final compensation is dependent on skills and experience and may vary by candidate)
  • Equity in the company
  • Medical, Dental and Vision
  • 401k benefits
  • Paid Time Off
  • A collaborative in-office environment with an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen
  • Fun company social events
